Former Kaduna North Senator Suleiman Hunkuyi said the parties could unite against the All Progressives Congress (APC) for the gubernatorial election.
The flag bearer of the New Nigerian Peoples Party, NNPP, addressed reporters in Kaduna on Friday.
Hunkuyi reminded voters that the choice they make on Saturday March 11 will determine their future.
The politician said their Election Day decision “could be a miscarriage or a safe birthplace,” depending on how they handle it.
As for possible cooperation between the parties in the race, the governor’s hopeful said anything can happen in a day. “Unity of opposition parties is possible within 24 hours to expel the APC government from Kaduna State Government House,” he said.
Hunkuyi hinted that he has refused to retire from politics since 2019 due to the “abnormalities and pains” suffered by people.
The NNPP, a former leader of the People’s Democratic Party, has called on people to shun monetary policy and vote for the buyers.
