Ohanaeze Ndigbo: We Are Not at War With Yorubas

Ohanaeze Ndigbo, Lagos State Chapter, has distanced itself from a statement attributed to one Okechukwu Isiguzoro, which incited Igbo in the state against Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, Oba of Lagos, Oba Riliwan Akiolu, and others.
This followed a direction by an Ohanze executive, Okechukwu Isiguzoro, using a news platform where he lied behind the mask of ethnicity in urging the public and Igbos in Lagos to vote out Governor Babajide Sanwo Olu in the upcoming gubernatorial election.
Ossai promised that Sanwo-Olu will be re-elected due of his historic achievements and commitment to peace, unity, and development.

The Ohaneze Ndigbo, however, declared that it was not at war with Yorubas in Lagos but solidly in support of the incumbent state government as brothers and sisters in progress.
